Agent Stacy Burke has been careless and finds herself strung up in the headquarters
of the dreaded secret police. Cleo Nichole, master spy breaker, has been assigned to
get her to talk. Stacy’s wisecracking answers infuriate Cleo so she hooks Stacy up to an
electrical control box and turns on the juice. Stacy’s screams and sweat soaked body
testify to her suffering but her attitude remains the same.
Cleo moves Stacy to a new position and adds whipping to the electrical torture. The steam from Stacy’s body heats up the room and Cleo strips off her uniform give her more freedom of movement. When Cleo’s methods still don’t get her results, she chains Stacy to a bed and
continues with the electrical torment and the whipping. She also uses a pair of pliers
to work on Stacy’s toenails. Cleo’s anger turns to panic, however, as she is caught
between Stacy’s refusal to break and her own fear of her superior’s extreme displeasure
and the price she will pay for her failure.
